Hello Friends,

First, I want to thank you all for your beautiful messages of love, light, and support. They have meant more to me than I can express. Our family is healing and moving through this unimaginable time with so much love and support surrounding us. I am deeply grateful.

As we move into October, there is a strong shift I can feel building, a deep fire of truth and awakening moving through this fall season, bringing with it the potential for another level of awareness and higher consciousness.

I am personally being asked to rise and meet this new future with courage and trust, and I feel the energies supporting me in doing just that.

This is a beautiful time to meditate, journal, and take deliberate steps to connect with not only the highest version of yourself, but your entire spirit team. I sense that the veil will continue to get thinner over the coming 3–6 months, and for those of us who are open, there is an opportunity to experience a deeper connection with our truest, most powerful soul selves.

More than anything, I feel the remainder of this year is about disclosure to ourselves.

Before truth can be revealed around us, we have to be willing to expose the truth within us. Where are we lying to ourselves? What have we known but refused to acknowledge? What has power over us in this life, our fears, relationships, wounds, need for approval, old beliefs, money, status, control?

I sense that the remainder of 2026 will continue bringing these truths to the surface, while 2027 feels increasingly like a year when disclosure and revelation move more visibly onto the world stage.

The Astrology: A Time of Reflection and Reassessment

As many of you know, astrology is a hobby of mine, and October brings some interesting planetary activity. With so much retrograde energy throughout the month, we are being offered a powerful period of reflection, reassessment, and realignment in different areas of our lives.

We begin the month with Venus turning retrograde in Scorpio. Collectively, this invites us to reevaluate our relationships, self-esteem, personal values, and whether the people and circumstances we surround ourselves with truly reflect those values.

Scorpio wants the truth and nothing but the truth. It asks us to look beneath the surface, confront what we may have been avoiding, and allow transformation where it is needed.

Building a life around a lie will no longer hold water. Whether that lie is something we have been telling another person or, more importantly, something we have been telling ourselves, maintaining appearances becomes increasingly difficult when our inner truth is asking to be acknowledged.

Saturn and Neptune, both retrograde in Aries, along with Uranus retrograde in Gemini, bring additional opportunities to examine our structures, beliefs, dreams, and aspirations. Are the structures of your daily life supporting the future you are trying to create? Are you living in alignment with your dreams, or are you operating from an outdated version of yourself?

Mercury turns retrograde later in the month, adding another layer of reflection and an opportunity to revisit conversations, experiences, or circumstances from earlier in the year that we haven’t fully had the time or space to process.

With all this retrograde energy, October offers an opportunity to see ourselves and our lives more clearly. Look at your relationships, friendships, work, routines, and where your energy is going. Does the life you are living reflect the life you say you want? And if not, what needs to change?

Truth Rising: Light Reveals the Shadows

There is a paradox I have been thinking about lately: the brighter the light becomes, the easier it is to see what has been hiding in the shadows.

I believe the same is true both individually and collectively. As the vibration and consciousness of the planet rise, that doesn’t necessarily mean everything immediately becomes peaceful and beautiful. In fact, we may temporarily become more aware of darkness because what has been hidden is being illuminated. The light reveals what has always been there.

We may see this within ourselves through old wounds, anger, fear, resentment, unhealthy patterns, or truths we have avoided. And we may see it collectively as previously hidden information, dysfunctional systems, deception, or behavior becomes increasingly difficult to conceal. This is why I don’t necessarily view the exposure of darkness as evidence that we are moving backward. Sometimes seeing what is broken is precisely what allows us to begin changing it.

My recent experience with the sudden loss of my husband, the shock of it all, and how my life turned completely upside down in an instant has forced me to reevaluate my own priorities. My healing, my children, and what truly matters have become crystal clear. When life changes in an instant, so much of what once seemed important simply falls away.

I get the sense that from October through the end of the year, many people may experience circumstances that invite a similar rightsizing of their priorities. This doesn’t necessarily mean experiencing a loss or crisis. Sometimes it is just a conversation, a revelation, an unexpected change, or simply reaching a point where you can no longer ignore what your soul has been trying to tell you.

We may also find ourselves confronting what has power over us. What are you afraid to lose? What are you allowing to determine your worth, happiness, or sense of security? Where have you handed your power to another person, circumstance, institution, belief, or fear?

Sometimes life removes something we thought we needed in order to reveal what was underneath it. And while I would never suggest that every loss happens simply so something “better” can replace it, I do believe life has an extraordinary capacity to create new space after something has been taken away. We don’t always know immediately what will fill that space. Sometimes the invitation is simply to trust that emptiness is not necessarily the end of the story.

What I feel strongly is that the things we have been avoiding will become increasingly difficult to ignore. Feelings may be harder to suppress. Resentment, anger, or unspoken truths may find their way to the surface. We may learn things about people, places, situations and ourselves that alter our trajectory.

The most important thing to remember is that Awareness creates choice. We cannot consciously change what we are unwilling to see.

Discernment: Truth Versus Performance

Another theme I feel growing stronger is our ability to discern truth from inauthenticity. You may notice your internal guidance becoming more sensitive to what feels resonant and true versus what feels performative, superficial, or out of alignment.

Those who are performing confidence, spirituality, power, or authority without truly embodying those qualities may become easier to recognize. But discernment isn’t only about seeing through other people. It is also about being willing to see through ourselves.

Where are we performing a version of ourselves rather than actually living it? Where are we saying one thing but doing another? Where are we giving our power away to outside voices instead of trusting our own inner knowing?

As AI continues to advance and the lines between what is real and what is manufactured become increasingly blurred, strengthening our discernment is more important than ever. The more we develop our connection to our own inner truth, the better equipped we become to navigate a world overflowing with information, opinions, and competing narratives.

Superficial and shallow simply won’t cut it anymore. We are being asked to embody what we believe, not just talk about it.

Aligning With the Future You Want to Create

These final months of 2026 are preparing us for 2027, a year I sense will bring enormous change.

As I have been sharing throughout this year, we are in the process of building a new paradigm. And while that doesn’t happen overnight, the foundations we are creating now matter.

This is a beautiful time to get yourself into alignment with your highest visions. Trust yourself. Find your true calling, not an idea of what you should do, not what someone else thinks you are supposed to do, and not something you have convinced yourself you want because it looks good on paper. What does your soul truly yearn for? Where are you not heeding the call? Where are you still holding yourself back out of fear?

And have you become so focused on what is wrong, what could go wrong, or what you cannot control that you have disconnected from the beauty and possibility that still exist in your life?

Where is your energy going? What needs MORE of your attention? What needs LESS?

What we repeatedly give our energy to becomes stronger. Our thoughts, words, choices, and actions continually influence the lives we create. This is why I keep returning to the importance of our inner world. It is the foundation from which we meet our outer experience. And as the world around us continues to shift, that inner foundation becomes more important than ever.

An Invitation to Release and Rise

In October, take some time to examine where you have disconnected from what truly matters to you. What are you still carrying that is weighing down your heart? What hurt, fear, grief, anger, or pain is asking to be acknowledged, loved, and released? Call back your energy, your time, and your focus.

Releasing doesn’t mean denying what happened, pretending something didn’t hurt, or rushing yourself through the healing process. It means allowing yourself to feel what is there without letting it define the entirety of who you are or what your future can become. We can honor what has been, grieve what has been lost, and still remain open to the life that is unfolding before us.

Are you ready to be led to a higher understanding? Are you willing to heal and know the truth, or is being right more important? Are you willing to release an old version of yourself to make room for who you are becoming?

Sometimes the greatest act of courage is allowing life to take us in a new direction, even when we cannot yet see where the road leads.

Friends, the world is changing. Sometimes slowly, and sometimes in an instant, we find ourselves in an entirely new place. As I have been saying for over a year, the truth is rising.

The more light we bring, the more clearly we will see what has been hiding in the shadows. Our job isn’t to fear what is revealed. It is to decide what we are going to do with what we now know.

The light has won, and it is all here for us.

Our work is to continue choosing it, embodying it, and allowing it to guide the way forward.
