July Energy Update 2026

I feel we have entered a new phase, friends. We have moved through an energetic portal as a collective and are entering uncharted territory in July and throughout the second half of this year.

I feel a strange culmination point, or major shift is on its way. The United States reaches its 250-year anniversary on July 4th, and the sense I get is that this year marks the end of an era and the beginning of a NEW AGE. The theme of 2026 has been releasing the old so the new can be built. We are entering a new momentum now, and things are about to speed up.

I continue to feel that we are standing at the beginning of a global shift in consciousness, and we are on the front lines of it. The movement is away from the illusion that power exists outside of us and toward the understanding that true power exists within the self and within conscious communities. What once felt solid may begin to feel less certain, while what once felt invisible, like our intuition, inner knowing, and connection to Spirit, may begin to feel more real than ever.

During this time, we are being asked to fully embrace and embody our authentic selves and stand in our authority so we can align more deeply with our soul purpose, which ultimately becomes an act of service to the collective.

Don’t be surprised if you feel a strange peace or even a disconnection from world events. What is real and what is performance may become increasingly clear to you. This is a sign that you are detaching from collective programming and tuning in more deeply to your soul self. It doesn’t mean we won’t still get triggered or experience fear. It simply means the pull of the negative may lessen, and we will be able to return to our center more quickly.

Many people are also becoming more aware of synchronicities, intuitive nudges, vivid dreams, and moments of divine timing. Pay attention. Spirit is speaking loudly right now. The Universe is constantly guiding us, but many of us have been too distracted, overstimulated, or conditioned to hear it. This month feels like an invitation to LISTEN, not to the outside world but to the call of the LIGHT within you.

As I have said many times, I feel the second half of this year will bring twists and turns that catapult people into the next stages of awakening. Again, I do not feel afraid. But friends, big change is underway. Each and every human will be affected, with the intention of bringing us closer to who we truly came here to be.

Monthly reminder: EVERYTHING IS HERE FOR US.

I recently heard a wonderful channel say that all discomfort is an invitation, an invitation to redirect us toward a truer version of ourselves. That deeply resonated. You are the chooser of it all. All that comes to you is invited by you on some level of consciousness. Whether you see it as soul contracts, vibrational alignment, divine orchestration, or simply cause and effect, there is tremendous power in sitting with:

What is this showing me? What is the gift in this?
What is this trying to teach me? Where if this familiar?
What new choice am I making as a result of this?

This is the power we are being asked to embody. True agency. True sovereignty. You are not powerless in the face of your reality. You are a participant in creating it, and we are ready for the next level of self-empowerment.

Keep in mind that part of this process involves moving forward without being totally clear on what lies ahead, while trusting that the Universe has your back. The old paradigm trained us to seek certainty before action. The new paradigm asks us to trust before certainty arrives. Open your imagination. Dream bigger.

Allow yourself to consider possibilities that your old self would have dismissed. The energy of this month feels highly supportive of inspiration, creativity, and opening to entirely new timelines. Watch opportunities and possibilities flow in when you stop trying to force the path and instead become receptive to it. The key is to move forward one day at a time, intentionally, consciously, and with an open heart.

The challenge I foresee is continuing to stifle your voice due to unresolved fear and self-doubt. This is a time of renewal and more self-directed choices. When fear rises, be curious instead of obedient. Fear is not a fact. It is a message from your soul that you are telling yourself a lie about your true power.

Be willing to discover NEW things about yourself this month. Be willing to surprise yourself.

Choose to awaken the unlocked potential within your being. There is so much more available to us than we have been taught to believe. I truly feel we are only scratching the surface of what humanity is capable of becoming.

Questions to ask yourself in your own work:

• Where do I still outsource my safety and security?
• Can I trust myself more than the structures around me?
• Do I feel safe being fully ME in the world?
• What part of myself is asking to be expressed more boldly?
• If I trusted the Universe completely, what would I do next?

Themes for strengthening your true self this month:

• Radical authenticity
• Playful creative self-expression
• Embracing your personal power
• Speaking your emotional truth
• Trusting your intuition
• Following synchronicities
• Willingness to transform, even when it’s messy and imperfect
• Taking risks and choosing the hard right thing over the easy wrong thing
• Feeling comfortable being seen
• Creating community and meaningful connection
• Living from the heart instead of fear

The new paradigm is not arriving someday in the future. We are building it now. With every choice. Every thought. Every act of courage. Every moment we choose authenticity over fear. Trust the process. Trust yourself. And most importantly, remember who you are.

Our launch is set for early August. 

The title is a playful reminder of something I deeply believe: the world changes when people do. The podcast will be centered around personal growth, self-awareness, emotional healing, intuition, empowerment, relationships, and learning how to create a life that feels aligned with who you truly are. We’ll be having real, honest conversations about what it means to be human during a time of massive change, while offering practical tools that people can actually use in their everyday lives.

Many of you already know me and the perspective I bring, but Steven adds something incredibly valuable to the conversation. He has a gift for asking the questions many people are already thinking, bringing humor, grounded practicality, and a fresh perspective that helps bridge the gap between spiritual concepts and real-world application. Where I may naturally lean into intuition, energy, and inner transformation, Steven has a wonderful ability to challenge ideas, make them relatable, and translate them into everyday language. Together, we create a conversation that is both deep and accessible, with plenty of fun along the way.
