Hi Everyone!

Happy New Year!! 

We are at the end of a dramatic decade that stripped away so many layers and brought to the surface global and personal wounds for us all to see. As we enter the 2020’s, the next decade will be one of true empowerment and change. Change so extreme that it will affect how we do things on a daily basis. The energy is similar to when the Internet and smart phones were introduced. My feeling is that it will be more sustainable ways of creating food, fuel etc. Cures for diseases, and MANY other solutions will come to light in the coming decade. 

Themes for January will be loyalty, truth, and divine direction. Use this month to BREAK A CYCLE. Look at where your life keeps echoing the same messages, and decide to DO something different.  Spirit Is ALWAYS loyal to you but many have wounds that feel as if God/spirit has abandoned them, when the truth is simply you have abandoned yourself. As we are LOYAL to our TRUTH the support and divine direction will become clear to us. 

In this first year of the new decade, I get a strong feeling of optimism and possibility.  This is the year in which you will find and walk your path in a clear way. This past 10 years has given us clarity, expansion, and motivation while forcing us to grow and look more closely at ourselves. In 2020 there will be no room for blame, it’s all on you.  The past 10 years have been TRANFORMATIVE in amazing and difficult ways, whereas the next 10 will be EMPOWERING.

I have been talking about your connection with Spirit all year, because in 2020 that connection will be vital. Your spiritual path is the one of least resistance, and the most joy and support. When you listen to your highest good, despite how it may seem, it is ALWAYS for the highest good of everyone around you. 

This is the year of spiritual evolution, which means feeing more powerful and creating what we want more quickly. Choose to connect with what your soul has in mind for this lifetime, because that is where your fulfillment will be. 

So many of you are “waiting” for something to happen instead of finding the satisfaction and joy in the moment. This leaves you feeling a constant state of unease. Some will try to “escape” by distracting themselves, drinking, eating, TV, shopping etc. This will only keep you where you are. You must decide to GO DEEPER and have enough LOVE for yourself to be where you are, decide where you want to go and match your feelings and actions to that goal. 

In January, look at when you have become attached to an “idea” that is not connected to your truth or joy. Be new, think new and be open to the new by letting spirit guide you. If you don’t LOVE what you are doing, or your life, ask to see through the eyes of your Source/Spirit. Open your heart to loving life. That is what 2020 is about, waking up very day and feeling good! 

People often ask me, how to LISTEN to their inner voice. So many have been learned to listen to others above themselves. You must RE-LEARN what you came in knowing as a child. Start with meditation EVERY DAY, then writing. Sit with yourself asking questions like, how do I feel? What do I want? How do I want to feel? What do I love? This will help you build the emotional muscle of listening to YOURSELF and not your old programming. This is YOUR LIFE; own it, claim it and make it what you want. 

This month ask Spirit for inspiration and see what happens.
