Almost a decade into a 12-step program, I’d hit a wall spiritually, professionally, and in my personal relationships. I’d spent the last couple of years weaning myself off “the program” trying to figure it out on my own- but I couldn’t seem to connect, explore, and keep myself on track at the same time. The old methods weren’t working. Issues were manifesting in new ways and I was afraid of where I was headed. I’d heard about this “Nadia” person from several friends and scheduled my first appointment. I expected an elderly sage to open the door and was instead received by this beaming young woman and thought, this isn’t going to work. I excused myself for a moment and remembered that I had asked for help, and this was the answer received.
Nadia immediately made me feel safe and picked up on things I had never, or had stopped talked about. Fears, “daddy issues”, the fact that I secretly think I’m totally beautiful, and even perfectly described my ideal mate in such detail, I knew she must have read my journal. There was no judgment, this made me feel safe. At the end of the session I felt completely connected, utterly vulnerable, grateful and empowered, with a special list of “work” that could only be tailored for me. Every session is like that. My life has changed so dramatically, that normal doubts and fears feel more like hiccups, and less like ravaging bronchitis. My spiritual path finally seems boundless, and my physical has become a reflection of that.

Upon meeting Nadia, I instinctually believed in her and felt right doing healing energy work on my knees. I have level four arthritis and had extensive micro tears in both knees. I am 39 years of age. I’ve had arthroscopic surgery and have qualified for knee replacement on both knees. I’m in significant daily pain, with low activity. I was skeptical and ignorant towards alternative healing. With two sessions I felt much better. After 5 sessions, I am PAIN FREE and more active than I have been in about 10 years.
